Live-in Relationship Agreement
Supreme Court held that a living relationship comes within the ambit of right to life under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
The Court further held that live-in relationships are permissible and the act of two major living together cannot be considered illegal or unlawful.
There was no provision for proving the live-in relationship till we at Navyug understood the challenges that an individual in a live-in relationship faced at the time of parting ways or ending the relationship. A lot of people are unaware about the fact that if a man and a woman stays together under the same room for a couple of months, then the woman can legally claim an alimony and property rights and law will be in favor of the female partner.
We at Navyug has introduced the unique concept of live-in agreements to address and overcome these problems. Having a live-in agreement in place makes life much easier while parting ways or sharing the finances because the terms and conditions are mutually decided and agreed upon by both the partners before signing the agreement.
